I studied psychology at the National Aviation University, International Institute of Postgraduate Education, Kyiv Gestalt University, and the Wiesbaden Academy of Positive Psychotherapy. I am constantly improving my skills and am interested in new methods of psychotherapy.

In my work, I use the techniques of positive psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, cognitive-behavioural and cognitive-processing therapy, sand therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), mindfulness and EMDR.

I prefer a multimodal approach. I usually work with adults and families on the

following requests:

  • anxiety, apathy, depression; panic attacks;
  • emotional and physical fatigue;
  • consequences of psychological trauma, physical and emotional abuse;
  • crisis situations;
  • stress reactions;
  • interpersonal and internal conflicts;

I like to spend my free time with my children and husband. Together we ride bicycles, walk in the park or travel. Family and nature are always a resource for me. Meeting friends and playing sports are also important.
