Webinar: Sleep disorders. What you need to know to sleep well

26 July at 19:00

Sleep takes up one-third of our lives and its importance cannot be overestimated. It is one of the most familiar and yet the most paradoxical processes. Rest, recovery, healing are just a few body processes that occur when we sleep.
Unfortunately, there are many reasons that prevent us from fully experiencing the healing power of sleep. They can vary from an uncomfortable pillow to deep processes in our psyche or body.
