Masterclass: Where does anger live?

7 August at 16:00

Emotions are often divided into “good” and “bad” ones, and anger is usually viewed as a “bad” emotion. Children may hear from their parents: “You can’t be angry!”, “Good people don’t get angry!”, and the like. This approach has its consequences, as unexamined anger accumulates and explodes at the most unexpected moment, when there seems to be no reason to be angry. Everyone suffers from this – those who are angry and those who are around them.
We invite children aged 10-12 to the workshop “Where does anger live?”
7 August 2024 at 16:00, Zoom platform
Host – Anastasia Shvets, a certified music therapist, teacher, correctional music educator, member of the Association of Music Therapists of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists.
During the workshop, children will be able to:
– explore what makes them angry;
– understand how they live their anger through;
– learn the benefits of anger;
– find their own and SAFE way of living this important and difficult emotion.
It will be interesting!
