We will consider the following issues:
– Pension / social benefit provided by the state – financial assistance intended for the purchase of necessary medicines and various means of care for a sick child.
– The right to free travel in public transport (except for taxis).
– Privileged rail, air and river travel.
– Free sanatorium and spa treatment.
– Free provision of necessary medical equipment (means of transport, prosthetic and orthopaedic devices, etc.).
– Free purchase of medicines with a doctor’s prescription in case of outpatient treatment.
Privileges for a parent of a child with a disability:
– the opportunity to work a reduced work schedule;
– additional leave;
– early retirement.
At the meeting, you will learn what, where, whom, how to ask, and what you need to do yourself. Establishment of subgroup A for a child (documents used), social leave, pension at the age of 50, two payments simultaneously for a person with the disability status since childhood, on what basis a person is granted disability without specifying a period…
We will also discuss successful cases of solving various issues, including the refusal of a psychiatrist to issue free prescriptions; special food, etc.
We invite parents and relatives of people with disabilities; people with disabilities; specialists, volunteers of social projects.

The event is part of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) project “Station: Me” implemented by the CPH “Confidence” with the support of the Norwegian government.
