Liudmyla Kunieva

Liudmyla Kunieva is a practical psychologist, methodologist, and Gestalt therapist (in training).

“I work with people, not problems”.

Instead of perceiving people through the prism of their difficulties, the key is to see them as a complete personality capable of growing and changing positively. This approach allows me to unlock the clients’ inner potential and help them find their own way to solving life’s challenges.

Gestalt therapy is a path to conscious living, where there is freedom of choice and acceptance of the world as it is. It allows clients not only to deal with current difficulties, but also to find harmony and balance in their lives.

I work with

  • adults (including parents, caregivers, educators, specialists)
  • young people
  • teenagers
  • children

I work with the following issues:

  • Peculiarities of growth of children of preschool and early school age:
  • age crises in young children;
  • specifics of preschoolers’ readiness for school.
  • Career and professional development:
  • career issues: relationships with superiors and colleagues, mobbing, perfectionism, procrastination, the overachiever complex;
  • professional changes: job loss, looking for a new job, choosing a career path and self-fulfilment.
  • Personal development and self-awareness:
  • search for meaning and goals: self-awareness, motivation, self-analysis, life priorities;
  • quality of life: dissatisfaction with life, lack of joy and drive, apathy;
  • personal anxiety: difficulty making decisions, feelings of guilt.
  • Emotional state and crisis situations:
  • crises and stagnation: apathy, loss of direction, lack of zest for life;
  • burnout: emotional exhaustion, apathy, insomnia, irritability, procrastination;
  • anxiety and fears: frequent worries, background anxiety, fear for one’s own health and that of loved ones;
  • shame: problems with self-presentation, feeling of being wrong.
  • Interpersonal relations and self-esteem:
  • self-esteem: feeling underappreciated, fear of exposure, indecisiveness, lack of self-confidence;
  • complex relationships: conflicts, communication difficulties, problems with compromise, breakups, divorce, dependence on a partner, difficulties in relationships with relatives;
  • personal boundaries: difficulties in defining and defending them.
  • General feeling of discomfort
  • not understanding the reasons: “I feel that something is not right in my life or relationships, and I want to change it, but I can’t figure out what the problem is”.
