Masterclass: How to take care of yourself and set personal boundaries
19 June at 16:00 Adolescence always faces challenges, especially when life is full of disturbing events. Is it possible to take care of yourself at such a time? How to find positive ways to take care of yourself, how to feel your personal boundaries and protect them?
These questions are equally important for teenagers and their parents.

We invite teenagers to the workshop “How to take care of yourself and set personal boundaries”.

Where: Zoom platform
Duration: 45-60 min.
Host – Maryna Troitska, crisis psychologist, member of the Association of Specialists in Overcoming the Consequences of Psychotraumatic Events.
Age of participants: 12-14.
Necessary materials: a paper, a pen.
During the workshop, the participants will:
– discuss what self-care looks like and what opportunities we have for it;
– look for ideas on how to protect personal boundaries.
