Masterclass: Anti-stress Lick

In today’s world, we often face various stressful situations, and it is important to know how to cope with tension without harming ourselves or others. This is where creativity comes in handy. During the “Anti-stress Lick” event, children will learn how to create their own stress reliever. They will also learn how to use simple materials to make a fun and useful anti-stress tool that will help them calm down and relax at any time.

Age of participants: 7 +
Host: psychologist Maryna Kovtun.
Necessary materials: silicate glue (stationery), Pervoll or Persil laundry detergent (liquid powder)
During the masterclass, children will:
– learn how stress affects our well-being and how to overcome it;
– get step-by-step instructions for making a slime at home;
– learn how to use slime to relieve stress and improve mood.

In order to participate the free masterclass, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Chat Bot;
2. Select “Webinars and MCs”;
3. Answer the questions about yourself;
4. Select the option “Parents” or “Guardians” in the question “You are filling out the application as…”.

6. Select the desired event by indicating its number.
