Masterclass: Wow, that’s me! How to learn to praise yourself
3 July at 16:00 Have you ever noticed how a person brightens after hearing a kind word or encouragement, after hearing how wonderful they are, how well they have done something? Their shoulders straighten, their eyes brighten, and a smile lights up their face. Praise nourishes and energises! Why don’t we praise… ourselves? After all, we stop depending on the opinions of others and become our own support and encouragement.
We invite children aged 7-12 to the masterclass “Wow, that’s me! How to learn to praise yourself”

Where: Zoom platform
Duration: 45-60 minutes.
Host: Natalia Cherniakova – psychologist, art therapist, teacher.
Necessary materials required: white/coloured A-4 paper (2-3 sheets), pen / felt-tip of your favourite colour.
During the workshop, participants will:
– develop the ability to feel their significance and uniqueness, positive self-perception; gain confidence in their own strengths and capabilities;
– practice mindfulness;
– develop communication skills;
– develop creativity, fine motor skills;
– using origami, children will feel like real creators, unique and inimitable;
– create a real work of art with their own hands.

In order to participate the free masterclass, please follow these steps:
