Webinar “Negative childhood experience. How to ‘reboot’ the brain”
15 November at 19:00 What happens to the body when a child grows up in difficult circumstances? How do negative childhood experiences affect us, and can we get rid of them? How does all this affect adult life?
We can “reboot” the brain, which, like the body, is never static: the brain and body are always in the process of formation and development. It is possible to become neurobiologically resilient, and we do have the resources to improve our health from within. Such a bold undertaking can be called the “neurobiology of awakening”.
