We often face the question of how to get ourselves or others to act. What does motivation really mean? Is it an internal desire or an external necessity? And most importantly, is it necessary to motivate someone at all, for example, children?

Motivation is the key to success in many areas of life. However, it is not always clear how to apply it correctly. It is important to be able to choose the approach that will best suit ach particular situation.
