Later… After finishing the project… After getting all my work done… And in the meantime, your brain and body send alarming signals: chronic fatigue, irritability, insomnia, loss of energy. What if the ability to relax properly is the hidden key to a life where you get more done and feel better?
We invite you to a practical workshop “Summer Rain — Relaxation Skills”

📅 On 5 June 2025 at 18:00 you will learn:

📍how to find time to rest;
📍how to relax effectively;
📍how to plan your rest so that you can truly enjoy it;
📍how to create your own resource umbrellas.
📝Necessary materials: 🔹sheets of paper, 🔹drawing materials.
Host: Anastasia Shvets, music therapist, member of the Association of Music Therapists of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists, co-author of psychological support and burnout prevention programmes for children and adults.
By attending the workshop, you will master the art of “resting without remorse” and
✅ create your own relaxation plan tailored to your lifestyle;
✅ learn practical techniques for quick recovery that work even on the busiest days;
✅ learn to recognise the early signs of exhaustion and prevent burnout, which in turn will help improve your sleep, concentration and overall well-being.
