We invite parents and families’ legal representatives to attend the next meeting with Larysa Tatarinova to learn more about the mechanisms for protecting the rights and interests of children, to know the legislation of Ukraine and to gain a modern view of disability!

The following issues will be discussed at the meeting:
– Appeal (content, form, procedure) as a way to resolve the issue.
– How to appeal against the decision on your appeal in an administrative procedure.
– Free legal aid centres: free primary and secondary assistance.
– Institution of the Commissioner.
– Personal account in the Pension Fund: what is important to know.
Your choice is either to know your rights or to hear stereotypical statements that are passed off as law. What should the independent life of a person with a disability be? The family is the first social group a child meets, and parents are therefore both the child’s representatives and advocates.
