Webinar: Preventing anger and aggression

12 July at 19:00

The world of emotions is as vast as space. We experience our first emotions while still in the womb – we are happy or sad, we “laugh” and “cry” with our mother. This is because the world of emotions and hormones are closely linked. And when we fail to control our emotional state, our loved ones often suffer. However, it is us who suffer the most.
At the webinar “Preventing anger and aggression”, participants will learn
– why anger and aggression arise?;
– how to learn to control these emotions?;
– what is “safe living with anger and aggression”?
