  • Requests / problems I work with
    1.   Depression: feelings of hopelessness, loss of interest in life and decreased energy.
    2. Anxiety disorders: constant anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
    3. Relationship issues: conflicts, misunderstandings, lack of communication with partners, family or friends.
    4. Stress and burnout: consequences of prolonged stress at work or in life, fatigue and loss of motivation.
    5. Self-awareness problems: the need to better understand one’s emotions, values and goals.
    6. Low self-esteem: problems with self-acceptance, unworthiness.
    7. Trauma: reliving current or past traumas, such as traumatic experiences or losses.
    8. Adaptation issues: problems with adapting to changes – relocation, new job, family changes, etc.
    9. Child-parent relationships: mediation and relationship building.
    10. Life crises: periods of difficult change, such as divorce, job loss, illness or ageing.
    11. Eating disorders: compulsive overeating, bulimia, anorexia nervosa, orthorexia.
    12. Dealing with adolescent needs: anxiety, obsessions, stress, self-harm, emotional instability, relationship and academic problems, identity and self-awareness issues, phobias and obsessions.
