Iryna Sitkarova

Iryna Sitkarova is a psychologist, family psychotherapist, child and youth psychotherapist.

I “betrayed” the work of a doctor, realising that helping the soul would prevent many sufferings of the body…”

I work with:

  • adults (including parents, caregivers, educators, professionals)
  • young people
  • teenagers
  • children

I studied to be a body-oriented therapist, neuropsychologist, and art therapist.

In my work, I mainly focus on systemic family therapy, therapy for children and adolescents, Jungian sand therapy and emotionally focused therapy; therapy based on attachment theory.

I try to find the right key for each person’s soul as a unique lock, that is, an approach that can be the most supportive and effective in the current situation.

I love reading, knitting, growing flowers and walking with my dog, a pug, who is always ready to support me.
