Yanina Shabanova is a practical psychologist and clinical psychologist (in training).
I work with
– children of preschool and school age (including children with special educational needs);
– teenagers;
– adults.
I have extensive experience in psychological support, individual and group counselling. I create a safe space for self-discovery, resource restoration and growth, working with emotions, loss, trauma and relationships. I integrate tools from different approaches, adapting them to individual needs.
I have completed training in Trauma Therapy (Muttay Method), Therapeutic Alliance, and Eight Step Recovery Programme.
