The conversation with Ms. Yulia supported me and allowed me to be heard and understood. I could see myself and my situation differently and outline a plan for change. Thank you 🙏 It is great that such a programme exists and thanks to everyone involved. It was a lifeline that helped me pull myself out of my situation.
