I immediately noticed progress in overcoming religious OCD and nervousness. I stopped thinking that something grandiose depended on me, improved my communication with my parents in many aspects, and began noticing the positive things around me. I started taking steps to overcome my fear of losing something, fear of the uncertainty of fate and the “obligations” imposed on me by my parents. I developed social skills, the ability to say “no” and filter my thoughts. I began to value myself and focus on myself. I stopped being afraid of my profession, relationships with peers, and reputation.
