Masterclass for teenagers: Self-value and self-esteem, their impact on personality

14 August at 16:00

Should we accept ourselves for who we are unconditionally, or should we still recognise our achievements? Both answers are correct, but only when they coexist. It’s about a sense of self-value and self-esteem, which reminds of a jug of water: to keep water there, you need a jug without cracks, and for the jug to make any sense, it needs to contain water.
We invite teenagers to a masterclass by psychologist Maryna Kovtun “Self-value and self-esteem, their impact on personality”
14 August 2024 at 16.00, Zoom platform
We will talk about self-value as a basis – we are and it is already valuable! And we will talk about self-esteem to learn to feel the importance and benefit of our actions.
The participants also learn:
– what is self-value and self-esteem, how they are formed;
– what self-esteem is, how to develop it and maintain it.
We are waiting for you! It will be interesting!
