Thank you for the space where I could stop and listen to myself.
Thank you for the knowledge that entered my heart, not just my notebook.
Thank you for the exercises that taught my body to be a support and my breath to bring calm.
This programme has become a path to deeper stability, to a quiet inner “I am here and now”, to the feeling that my resources are within me.
Thank you to the teachers for their warmth and wisdom, to the participants for their presence and support, and to myself for opting to follow this path.
