During the course, I was able to look at myself from a different perspective, better understand my own behaviour, the reasons for choosing a partner, and learn to put myself first without feeling guilty. The psychologist’s questions were particularly valuable, very accurate and relevant. I felt that I was understood correctly, I was heard, and my experiences were not devalued. I had many important insights during therapy. In addition, on the psychologist’s recommendation, I consulted a psychiatrist, am now undergoing treatment, had tests done (including for the thyroid gland) and started taking a more responsible approach to my health. This had a comprehensive effect on my condition. I began to feel better and more stable, my relationship with my partner improved, and I felt more connected to myself.
