(ARCHIVE) Vacancy: Fundraiser
The NGO Centre of Psychological Help “Confidence” (CPH Confidence) announces a
competition for the position of Fundraiser. We are looking for a specialist who will help us
mobilise resources, expand partnerships, and ensure the sustainable development of
humanitarian programmes in the field of mental health and support for vulnerable populations.
Requirements:
— University degree, preferably in social sciences, communications, marketing, management or
related fields.
— 3+ years of experience in fundraising, partnership development or resource mobilisation.
— Experience working with donors, corporate partners, charitable foundations and private
sponsors.
— Established contacts and a network of potential partners.
— Proven experience in developing fundraising strategies, grant applications, and proposals for
partners and donors.
— Knowledge of fundraising tools and methods (online campaigns, corporate partnerships,
crowdfunding, charity events, individual donations, etc.).
— Strong business communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
— Creativity, strategic thinking, ability to find non-standard solutions for resource mobilisation.
— Self-motivation, strong goal orientation and commitment to humanitarian principles.
— Motivation to work in the humanitarian aid sector and a desire to grow professionally in this
field.
— Adherence to ethical standards and zero tolerance for any form of violence and
discrimination.
— Fluency in Ukrainian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
— Developing and implementing the NGO’s fundraising strategy.
— Identifying and engaging new donors, partners and sponsors.
— Preparing presentations, proposals and information materials for donors and partners.
— Organising and supporting fundraising campaigns, events and communication activities.
— Building and maintaining long-term relationships with donors and partners.
— Developing a donor database and ensuring a steady flow of contributions.
— Collaborating with the team on preparing grant applications and proposals.
— Monitoring and analysing fundraising results and preparing regular reports.
— Researching the charity sector and applying best practices in the organisation’s work.
— Ensuring that fundraising activities comply with the organisation’s policies and values.
— Contributing to the development of social media and website content to attract donations and
contributions.

Relevant procedures are regulated by the PSEA policy and the organisation’s internal rules and
regulations.
