“Mom, why was it ok yesterday, but not today?” Webinar on clear rules and peace in the family

💬 If you hear your children saying that no one loves them, it means that your rules are not yet totally clear for them.

With no clear boundaries, it’s hard for kids to feel safe: they don’t know what to expect from the world and adults. But when the rules are clear, there are fewer tantrums and more trust and understanding.

At the webinar, we will focus on the following:
• How to explain to your kid what’s okay and what’s not – without yelling;
• What are the different types of boundaries and how to set them;
• Why kids “test” rules and how to respond calmly to these tests;
• How to avoid chaos, if the family has different approaches to parenting.

💬 You will get ready-to-use phrases for everyday communication and simple steps to strengthen trust in the family

Webinar Coping with psychological trauma, working with families in wartime, the therapist’s role

Give yourself and your families the tools they need for support and recovery!
We invite psychologists, specialists and anyone interested to attend the webinar Coping with psychological trauma, working with families in wartime, the therapist’s role
📌 About the webinar:
War changes families forever. Often, different traumas gather under one roof, interacting and affecting all family members.
Just imagine a family with:
• a mother with anxiety disorder following evacuation;
• a 7-year-old son with regressive reactions;
• a 13-year-old daughter with an eating disorder;
• a father with PTSD after military service.

Webinar questions:
• How to work with such a family?
• Where to start and how not to harm?
• Is it possible to treat all of them simultaneously?
• What mistakes can nullify the psychologist’s efforts?

📚 Webinar programme:
1. Psychological trauma in children and adults: mechanisms of formation and manifestations.
2. Trauma in the family as a system, rather than separate stories.
3. Signs of PTSD, anxiety disorders, regression, and eating disorders in children and adolescents.
4. Sequence of assistance: where to start, how to work with several “pain points” at the same time.
5. Effective therapy for military families (EMDR, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, and others).
6. Recovery strategy for the whole family.

🖇 When: 25 September 2025 at 18:00
